We start by cleaning the floor to remove any debris or dust. It ensures the tiled surface is level.

Then, we measure to find the centre of the room and stretch and snap two chalk lines that overlap in the centre of the floor which is guided by our high-tech laser.

Before placing the tiles, we start with a dry run by laying out the tiles and the spacers on the floor. It determines how and where to start the tiling process and the exact width of the grout lines.

Then, we snap another chalk line guided by our laser along the tile width from each wall to ensure perfectly straight tile placement. We lay out the tiles and spacers until we find the correct placement.

We prepare a thin-set mixture or glue to ensure the tiles do not budge from their place.

Furthermore, we then spread the mixture/glue on each floor section and use a trowel to obtain an even layer for the tile.

If we encounter a wall where a standard tile will not fit perfectly, we mark the tile and make cuts with a high-quality tile cutter to make it fit into that space.

Then, we use the chalk line to place the spacers between each tile to ensure an even distance between them.

We let the tiles dry in place and then apply the grout in your chosen colour and texture.

We use a rubber Squeegee to ensure the grout gets between each tile perfectly.

Lastly, we remove the excess grout with a cloth or damp sponge.
