Welcome to this video where I share how I've done the waterproofing and tile set-out in a client's bathroom! I’ll walk you through the steps I took to install water stops at the shower and at the door. Just a note: if the entire bathroom floor is waterproofed, you won’t need that extra water stop 1.5 meters from the shower, because the door water stop will be enough.
I’ll also emphasize the importance of having a skilled tiler who understands waterproofing. It’s best to have one person handle both the waterproofing and the tiling, so there’s no finger-pointing if anything goes wrong. That way, the tiler can ensure everything is perfectly aligned, and the final result will be seamless and professional.
